Harriet Mason

Owner & Teacher

Kate works behind the scenes managing the business side of Lil Beatz. Her passion is the dance industry and has now worked within this for in excess of 14 years. Having been a dancer and competitive gymnast herself, she has continued to be involved, wherever possible, in all aspects relating to the world of dance. She is heavily networked across the UK with various dance professionals and businesses.

She was the founder of the DanceTeacher Hub a networking forum for dance teachers which now has in excess of 5000 members. Her main focus is dance school management and she has now supported in excess of 1000 schools/colleges in her role as a Sales and Business Development Manager for a software company. Kate fell in love with the brand, Lil Beatz, and could see the potential for this in Newcastle and surrounding areas.
